Job Description:

Admin officer opportunity

- Company in beauty/ sports industry requires a part time admin officer for long term basis . suitable for students / retirees /housewives with prior admin experience

Job responsibility

• Simple invoicing & bookkeeping

• Creating filing systems

• Admin & Receptionist duties

• Design simple marketing flyers

• Creating simple / maintaining websites/ blogs

• Simple research work on innovative products

Requirements:

• Flexible 3 days a week – Monday / Wed / Fri 10 – 6pm

• Preferably able to commit for at least 1 year

• Systematic thinking

• Meticulous, good with details

• Eye for design, knowledge of adobe photoshop/ illustrator graphic editing software is a plus

o If not sure, willing to learn

• Knowledge of frontpage (website editing software)

• Proficient use of Microsoft office (excel, word, outlook, PowerPoint)

Long term basis @ $600 / month

Work location : 30 Kallang Pudding Road / Near Aljunid / Potong Pasir MRT / Macpherson area
