Job Description:
Temporary Purchasing Clerk (2-3 Months) required by Cactus Engineering & Trading Pte Ltd, subsidiary of Australian energy and resources specialist, AusGroup Limited, specializes in Turnkey manufacturing and fabrication for the oil and gas industry.
Job:
* Support Purchasing Department in in-house consumables purchases
* Liaise with supplier and user on price, item and delivery
* Monitor delivery and order management
* Perform purchase order data-entry
* Other ad-hoc admin duties as assigned.
Requirements:
* Secondary qualification
* Proficient in MS Office
* Mature and independent
* Available immediately and able to commit for 2.5 – 3 months
Working Hours:
* 7.30 am to 4.50 pm, 5 days week
