URGENT Hiring Admin Assistant (perm, full-time, west area)
Administrative cum Accounts Assistant(Permanent; Full-time position)
Responsibilities:
Office administration
Sales Co-ordination
Accounting functions, knowledge of MYOB Accounting System is preferred
Preparation of GST submissions
Other ad-hoc duties as and when required
May travel to other countries to learn more stuffs
Requirements:
Min. GCE ‘O’ Level / LCCI
Min. 1 year of relevant working experience or those who are willing to learn
Applicants should be Singapore Citizen or PR
Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
Some accounting background
Able to communicate in English and Mandarin
Able to start work immediately / short notice
Location: Wcega Tower(Near Bukit Batok MRT)
