PennEngineering (Singapore) Pte Ltd requires Accounts Payable/Admin Assistant (3 to 6 months contract)
Duties and Responsibilities: -
* Uploading of invoices into Supplier portal websites
* Perform 3-way voucher matching for all trade suppliers into system
* Matching delivery order and packing list for all trade supplier invoices received
* Checking of discrepancy for all trade supplier and intercompany invoices
* Filing of import shipping documents and airway bill
* Assist in other ad hoc admin work
Requirements: -
* Mininum LCCI or fresh diploma graduate
* 1-2 years experience in Accounts Payable preferred
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel & Words)
* Meticulous with analytical mind, well organized, matured individual with positive working attitude.
* Independent, initiative and flexible are essential
* Bilingual in English and Mandarin
* Able to start work immediately
* Only Singaporean/SPRs may apply
