Customer Service Officer Position Available

We are a Singapore public-listed company specialising in the design, development, manufacturing and distribution of automated machines/equipment for the semiconductor industry.

We are seeking a self-motivated and experienced professional for the following role:
Customer Service Officer

Responsibilities:
• Attend to customers’ spare parts enquiries and support needs.
• Coordinate and expedite with other departments for spare parts shipment and deliveries.
• Responsible for spare parts support administration.
• Responsible for the maintenance of proper reports in relation to service support.
• Maintain and enhance good working relationship with customers.
Requirements:
• Diploma in Engineering discipline or related.
• Minimum 3 years relevant experience.
• Pleasant and sociable personality.
