Executive Assistant

Duties

· Provide secretarial and administrative support

· Managing appointments/calendar and making reservations

· Making travel arrangements

· Liaising with Vendors, preparation of reports and quotation

· Performs Purchasing and Asset Maintenance function

· Ad-hoc duties as and when assigned

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Requirements

· GCE “O” levels & above

· Excellent communication skills, both written & spoken

· Proficient in MS Office

· Bilingual in English and Mandarin

· 2 years’ experience in similar capacity

· Only Singaporeans may apply
