Operations Officers (Contract) - (x5)

JOb Description Responsibilities:
• Involve in the overall operations of the cruise and ferry terminal
• Perform guest relations duties which include crowd control,
attending to customers' requests and feedback etc.
• Ensure smooth passenger traffic and baggage operations
• Ensure that the terminal's equipment and facilities for vessels and
passengers are in good working order and of high reliability
• Execute berth and other equipment allocation
• Monitor and report security and safety related incidents
• Ensure the overall cleanliness of the terminal

Requirements:
• Minimum GCE 'N' level
• 6 days work week from Monday to Sunday
• Shift work required:
(a) 7am-3pm and (b)3pm-11pm
• Working Location: HarbourFront
