Temp Call Centre Operator (4 months; North-east area)

Description of Job Scope:

* Conduct telephone interview with respondents using their system (CATI)
* Perform data entry and validation of surveys returns
* Answer enquries from general public/ respndents
* Provide simple technical assistance to respondents
* Submission of survey return via internet
* Provide support at the Call Centre
* Any ad hoc tasks as assigned.
* Working hours: 3.30pm - 10.45pm
* Working day: Any 6 days of the week
* Salary: $6.40/hour; $12.80/hour on PHs or an OFF in lieu will be given
* Duration: 22nd March till July (extendable)

Job Requirements:

* Min. O levels(min. 5 credits)/A level students waiting for results are welcomed/poly grads waiting for NS!
* Prior experience in customer service industry will be an advantage
* Able to commit for 4 months at least from March - July
* Good communication and interpersonal skills
* Only applicable to Singapore Citizens
