Admin Executive (Operations Excellence)

Our client is a leading telecommunications company with operations and investments in other countries around the world

Responsibilities:

Support Managers in projects implementation and initiatives across multiple functions or businesses

Monitor progress of projects and assist in preparation of reports

Prepare and monitor the Department’s budgets

Maintain and update the Department’s documents, file registry and archives

Provide administrative and logistic support to the department

Any other duties assigned by the supervisor(s)

Requirements:

Diploma in Business/Engineering or equivalent discipline from a recognised Polytechnic

At least two years of working experience.

Responsible, meticulous, self-motivated, can work independently as well as in a team

Excellent communication skills (Written and Verbal)

Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint

Knowledge of graphics and multimedia/video design will be a plus

Singaporean and PR only
