A Logistic firm is hiring part time admin assistant at east area-Kaki Bukit
Responsibilities:
- Screening of incoming phone calls, answering varies telephone inquiries
- Doing of data entry and simple accounting
- Other ad-hoc administrative tasks as required
Requirements:
- Females are preferred
- Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level
- Pleasant personality and able to converse well
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications, especially in excel
- Able to cope with simple accounting
Others:
- 2 Vacancies available (morning & afternoon)
- Vacancy 1: Mon to Fri, 9am-2pm
- Vacancy 2: Mon To Fri, 2pm-7pm
- $6 per hour
