Responsibilities:
Data entry, filling, maintain database & documents, admin support, assist in meeting preparation & etc
Preparing reports
Any ad-hoc matters as assigned
5 days work week, 8.30am - 6pm
Requirements:
Strong in Excel – pivot table & Vlookup
Meticulous, organized and a team-player
Enjoy working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
