Responsibilities:
Receiving of goods and perform Goods Received Note (GRN) on the system
Perform administrative duties on scanning and filing of purchasing and delivery related documents
Support purchaser in the administrative activities such as payment suppliers and etc
Provide administrative support to finance department during the new system transition
Requirements:
Minimum "O" Level with experience in administrative work
Proficient in MS Excel, MS Office
Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply
