Responsibilities:
Provide administrative and secretarial support;
Liaise with clients on administrative issues;
Manage basic financial and banking matters;
Create and maintain filing and database system;
Scheduling of appointment, need to do cold/warm calling
Assist in recruitment task
Performing compliance task on adviser, making sure they are adhere to adviser Act
Other Ad-hoc duties
Requirements:
Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are welcome.
Positive attitude
Hardworking and willing to learn
Self-Disciplined
Able to handle stress and work in fast-paced environment
Must be well organized and able to work independently with minimum supervision
Excellent communication and organisation skills
Singaporean/Singapore PR ONLY
