Responsibilities:
Introduction of various Segway® PT ride packages to customers
Collection of payment and issuance of tickets
Attend to walk-in guest with professional manner
Answer service hotline promptly
Any other assigned ad-hoc tasks
Requirements:
Location : Sentosa Beach Station
Minimum GCE "O" or "N" level above
Able to work independently in a dynamic environment
Must be meticulous and customer-service oriented
Excellent verbal communication skills (English and Mandarin)
Great personality with an out-spoken and friendly disposition
Experience with POS system will be advantageous
Able to work on weekends and Public Holidays
5 days work week (shift work rotation)
Students on vacation are welcomed.
