Tour Consultants Coordinator

Responsibilities:

Attend to walk-in, phone, fax and email travel enquiries by clients professionally
Propose appropriate travel products and services in accordance to clients’ requirements
Process reservations and ticketing of airlines and tour products
Liaise with airlines and local/overseas suppliers on operations matters
Provide travel information, check visa requirements and assist with visa applications
Ensure all documents, quotations, air tickets, tour vouchers and invoices are processed accurately

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/"O" Level, any field.
Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
Possess good geographical and destinations knowledge
Service and sales oriented
Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
Pro-active, organized and ability to multi-task
Team player and able to work with minimal supervision
2 Full-Time and Part-Time position available.
