As a Customer Service Officer, you will work closely with Team Leader to perform day-to-day tasks such as:
Responsibilities:
•Daily Outbound call.
•Call through database and invite IT person to attend famous I.T event
•Maintain and update account.
•Follow up with clients.
•Communicate and coordinate with internal departments
Requirements:
•The ability to "solution sell" rather than sell a product
•Must be a team player; results oriented.
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
Working Hours:08.45am-05.45pm
Working Day:Monday- Friday ONLY.
Salary: $7.50 per hour (min)
Nearest MRT: Kent Ridge Station, Buona Vista, Dover, Harbour Front.
