Job Scope
- Provide good customer service to parents
- Give reminder calls & send reminder emails to parents on impending previews & workshops which they have registered
- Call & follow-up with parents who have attended our previews or whose children have attended the workshops
- Call & follow-up with parents who have registered but did not attend our previews
- Answer incoming phone calls
- Maintain and upkeep records of parents
- Update notes taken at parent-support sessions
- Collect testimonials & feedback forms
- Tele-marketing to database
- Data entry of records
- Update internal reports on children's progress in maintenance sessions
- Conduct workshops & maintenance sessions for children aged 5 years to 12 years old
- Interact with and engage children with brain-stimulating activities
- Provide feedback to parents on children’s progress
- Maintain a safe and healthy learning environment
Requirements
- Pleasant personality
- Good communication skills
- Creative with loving energy
- Loves children
Educational Background
- Good command of the English language
- Early childhood experience will be an added advantage
Working Hours
- 2 to 3 times per week
- Saturdays & Sundays during workshop weekends
