Responsibilities:
DATA PROFILER / TELEMARKETER: GENERAL POSITION OVERVIEW
- Clean, qualify existing databases and find out emails addresses for Malaysia by calling out clients/prospects.
DETAIL OF RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assumes responsibility for providing effective database qualification management
- Assumes responsibility for effectively completing assigned reporting functions
- Assumes responsibility for establishing and maintaining effective communication and coordination with management
Requirements:
CANDIDATE PROFILE
Experience Required
- No specific experience needed if really good communications skills
- Customer Service or Call center experience (Outbound, Inbound and Call Back Calls) is a plus
Knowledge/SkillsTo
- Fluency in English/Mandarin is required to liaise with Mandarin speaking client
- Experience covering Malaysia Market is a plus
- Good communication skills (verbal and written), client relations
- Good team player
- Flexible and adaptable to change
- Able to use all related computer hardware and software (Microsoft Office Outlook, Excel, and Word; Customer Relationship Management tools; etc.)
- This role is ideal for candidates who has experience in making outbound calls.
