Responsibilities:
- Typing D.O. and Invoices.
- Updating of data.
- Calling existing customers to record their daily orders.
- Answering in-coming calls.
- Liaise with sales and store depts.
- Filing and other documentation.
Requirements:
- Singaporeans preferred. Student (GCE N/O Levels) on internship welcomed.
- Experience in UBS accounting software and MS-Excel advantageous.
- 7.45am – 5pm (5 days workweek).
- Willing to work in outskirt Tuas Pharma Plant (near 2nd-Link). Transport pick-up provided at Lakeside / Yew Tee.
- Must be able to start work immediately / ASAP.
- Must be able to commit for full 3 months.
