Responsibilities:
• Provides high quality of customer service to customers by attending to their queries and requests.
• Schedules appointments requesting for bookings or servicing to achieve efficient customer turnover.
• Processes incoming and outgoing job orders using the in-house system; ensuring that all information keyed is accurate and up to date.
• Maintains records of all security passes to ensure rightful collection of serviced car
• Assists in boutique retail sales every Wednesday.
• Any other duties assigned.
Requirements:
• GCE 'A' levels / diploma and above with relevant customer service experience.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, able to work independently in a fast paced environment.
• Able to commit at short notice till December 2012, min 2 - 3 months.
