Responsibilities
- Handle full cycle of recruitment functions and activities
- Write up and post advertisements on various newspapers and job portals
- Organize and compile resumes
- Screening and interviewing candidates
- Perform telemarketing and building rapport with candidates
- To develop and implement effective strategies and avenues to achieve own KPIs
Requirements
- Diploma / Degree in any field
- Service oriented with excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently in an entrepreneurial team and fast-paced environment·
- Highly organized, focused and result oriented.
- Fluent in written and spoken English
