Responsibilities:
Perform follow-up calls to customers
Answering phone calls
Attending to customers' enquiries
Data Entry
Other administrative and ad hoc duties
Requirements:
GCE “O” level & above
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Conversant in English & Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates)
PC literate
Detailed, Meticulous and able to multi-task
Experience in telemarketing and handling customers’ phone enquiries preferred but not essential as training will be provided.
Must have aptitude for customer service work.
Other Information:
Immediate vacancy available
Working hours : 8.30am to 6.00pm (5 days week)
Candidates will be on an initial 3 months probation and upon successful completion, will be offered a yearly renewable contract
