Volt is currently looking for a Temp Admin Assistant to assist our team.
Responsibilities:
Assist in data-entry
Updating of database
General admin duties
Handle incoming calls in a timely and professional manner
Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
Proficient in MS Office applications (Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel)
Able to multi-task and meticulous
Strong interpersonal & communication skills
Able to commit at least 1 - 3 months
Students on vacation/Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply
Must be able to start work immediately or within short notice
