Volt is currently looking for a Temp Admin Assistant to assist our team.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in data-entry
- Updating of database
- General admin duties
- Handle incoming calls in a timely and professional manner
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel)
- Able to multi-task and meticulous
- Strong interpersonal & communication skills
- Able to commit at least 1 - 3 months
- Students on vacation/Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply
- Must be able to start work immediately or within short notice
- Only Singaporeans and Singapore PRs need apply
