Responsibilities
- Attend to shoppers enquiries and all aspects of customer service
- Perform centre promotions related activities such as gifts redemptions etc
Requirements
- Minimum GCE ‘A’ Level
- Experience in shopping mall or hotel concierge service is preferred
- Knowledge of Chinese language an added advantage
- Customer oriented with good communication & interpersonal skills
- Able to work on shifts, weekends & Public Holidays
- Singaporeans & Singapore PRs only
