Job Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative support such as typing of correspondences, filing, faxing and sorting of incoming mails etc.
- Assist in compilation of reports and presentation slides
- Handle phone calls
- Co-ordination of meetings when necessary
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
- GCE 'O' / ITE Business Studies
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Good communication skills
- Co-ordination skills
- Pleasant personality
- Able to commence work immediately
