Responsibilities:
- Attend to customers’ enquiries and coordinate with various departments involved
- Schedule service appointments
- Update and file service reports
- Monitor daily attendance of technicians
- Update data of new machines
- Provide admin support to technicians
- Transfer of spare parts for technicians
- Assist in billing of meter readings, service contracts etc.
- Filing and checking of meter reading reports
Requirements:
- N level / O level / Higher Nitec
- Pleasant disposition and patient
- Team player with customer service oriented
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with good telephone etiquette
