Responsibilities:
Fortune Food Marketing / Food Services Department
- Answering / Making sales Call / Liaise with customers.
- Taking orders via sales call / Download PO from system.
- Generate invoices / Delivery orders / GRN.
- Coordinate and work closely with Sales team / Product team and logistics for delivery orders and timing.
- Follow-up standing orders / Purchase order.
- Attend to customer enquiry / Complaint.
- Monthly filling for Sales order / PO.
- Handle general administration duties.
- Communicate and assist with Sales team / Product team.
- Support sales personnel in handling customers enquiries
Requirements:
- Must possess good initiative / Responsible
- Able to work under stress and pressure.
- Team player.
- Good communication skill.
- With PC knowledge
- Singaporean, SPR and Malaysian are encouraged to apply.
