Responsibilities:
- To assist finance / admin manager to set up and maintain databases via spreadsheets and other software
- Data entry
- Conduct simple checks on payments and accounting entries
- Housekeeping and filing
- Ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- ITE Cert / GCE 'O' Level
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Bilingual; able to liaise with English & Mandarin speaking personnel
- Positive work attitude and a team player
- Singaporean or Malaysian PR preferred
- Full-time, part-time, contract, and temporary positions available (please indicate your preference)
- Ability to start at short notice
