Responsibilities:
- Data entry, bookkeeping, cash flow update, bank reconciliation
- Issue cheque, payment voucher, receiving voucher, petty cash vouchers & Journal entries
- Internet banking, GST(quarterly) & monthly CPF submission
- Monthly and yearly management report (myob)
- Liais with external corporate secretary for compliance with ACRA regulations
- Ad-hoc admin issues and tax filing
- Small volume of monthly transactions
Requirements:
- Candidates must possess at least ‘O’ level or Certificate in Accounting
- Available Once a week (any day) (9am to 6pm)
- On Job Training provided
