Responsibilities:
- Assist in answering phone calls.
- Attend to walk-in-customers for the booking of appointments and other enquiries.
- Perform invoicing, manage payments and enter data into system.
- Other admin duties when tasked.
Requirements:
- Minimum “O” level required. Students who are waiting for “O” level result are welcome to apply too.
- Bilingual in both English & Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking customers.
- Customer service-Oriented.
- Interest and experience in the customer service or beauty industries is a plus.
- Well-groomed, with a pleasant disposition and personality.
- Able to perform retail hours including weekends and public holidays.
- Only Singaporean and PR can apply.
Both full-time and part-time positions are available.
