Location: Changi South Lane
3 days per week (Preferably Monday, Wednesday, Friday)
S$10 - S$11 per hour
Job description:
- Helping out with Cheque issuance.
- Reconciliations of intercompany accounts, overseas agent accounts and Vendor accounts against supplier’s statement of accounts.
- Processing of staff expense claims in line with financial authorisation manual.
- Verification of the accuracy of invoices keyed in by Operations.
- Preparation of payment vouchers for entry into the accounting system.
- Filing work.
Requirements:
- Basic accounting knowledge.
- Knowledge of basic Microsoft Office.
- Able to work on a part time basis.
