1 General Description (Job Scope)
Make arrangements to ensure timely inbound and outbound delivery.
Accurate and timely shipping documentation in compliance shipping rules and regulations and with L/C if required.
Timely dispatch of shipping documents and advice to importers.
Claims analysis.
2 Skills Required
Updating SAP records.
Update and maintain integrity of records - electronic or hardcopy.
Accurate and timely information and documentation generation.
3 Specific Accountabilities
Competent PC knowledge, SAP knowledge a plus.
Good communication skills (verbal and written)
Good customer service skills
4 Experience and Qualification
Fresh school leavers are welcome
Local Diploma in Supply Chain
Independent & team player
