Part-time Admin Assistant (10am to 4pm on Monday to Friday or 3 weekdays a week)
Responsibilities:
• Perform general administrative duties.
• Carry out basic book keeping.
• Handling incoming phone calls.
• Sales support.
• Ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
• ‘O’ level and above.
• Relevant working experience will be an added advantage.
• Good computer knowledge especially in MS Excel and web base email such as Gmail.
• Able to communicate in both English & Chinese
• Good interpersonal and communication skill.
• Self-discipline and independent.
• Singaporeans/SPR need apply.
• Part-time students with experience who are able to work on weekdays during office hours are also welcome to apply.
