Part-time Call Centre Agent (Saturday: 8:30am-5:30pm)

Responsibilities:

Act as front-liners giving excellent customer service at all times
Attend to customer queries and schedule appointments with service teams
Assist Supervisor to resolve daily operation issues
Perform any other duties assigned by superior

Requirements:

GCE ‘N’ Level and above
Call centre experience will be an added advantage
Process good communication skills
Computer literate, knowledge in Microsoft applications a must
Applicants should be Singaporean citizens or hold relevant residence status
Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encourage to apply
Working Hours: Every Saturday from 8:30am to 5:30pm
