Part Time/ Temp Events Assistants

We are seeking several events assistants to help us out at our training events on various dates:

Job Responsibilities:

-Greet and register guests at the event
-Attend Registration desk at the event
-Give a welcome speech to the event guests by reading out a short welcome introduction script
-Liaise with hotel banquet staff

Candidates should possess:

-Outgoing personality and great customer service skills
-well spoken english

Dress code for the event: Business/ Corporate Attire

Time:7am to 6.00pm

Dates of events:

    25th & 26th Feb
    4th& 5th Mar
    25th & 26th Mar
    8th & 9th April
    16th & 17th April
    13th & 14th May
    20th & 21st May
    19th & 20th June

Venue: 1 Nanson Road (Robertson Quay area)

If you are able to commit to some or all the dates above, we want to hear from you. Each event lasts for 2 days. We have events on at least 4 days a month.

Students or housewives who can commit to long term part time job are welcome to apply.
