Responsibilities:
- Generate business opportunities and appointments for property agent with given calling lists
- To answer basic queries (Script and answers to common q provided)
- Any other ad hoc as assigned
- Manage calling list
- Consolidation of client information and records of communication
- To follow up with interested clien
Requirements:
- Bilingual in English & Mandarin to liase with Mandarin-speaking clientsMust be responsible, self-motivated and results-oriented.
- Able in work individually under minimum supervision.
- With /without experience are welcome.
- $8 Hourly rates + High Incentives (close deals).
- Singaporeans or Singapore PR only.
- Students are welcome.
- Can start immediately.
- Skills: Telephone etiquette, Basic computer skills (Surfing the internet, Email, Microsoft Excel)" .
Training will be provided
