Responsibilities:
- Coordinating recruitment functions
- Assisting in placement of jobs
- Actively sourcing for suitable candidates in accordance to clients’ needs and requirements
- Conducting phone screening of candidates.
- Coordinating interview arrangements
- Close follow up with candidates
- Maintaining and updating databases
Requirements:
- Good time management
- Highly self-motivated, confident and possess initiative
- Team player
- Well presented with excellent communication skills
- Loves engaging and interaction with people
- Able to communicate fluently and confidently
