Responsibilities:
Account role :
- Check & tally all outlet collection summary.
- Check Therapist Grooming (sign pkg) & Check Consultant sales record (commission).
- Run Bank errand & post office.
- Any adhoc account admin related.
Admin role:
- Reception and any adhoc general administrative duties.
- Operate electrical appliances and copier machine in HQ office.
- Prepare stationery order for Outlets, if they have request.
- Open letter box, prepare HQ stationery request and tally stock balance.
- To off conference room light and HQ waiting area DVD player every end of the day.
- Consolidate and Arrange for outlet delivery and arrange Post/mailing service.
Requirements:
- N / O Level
- Good in both oral and written communication skills in English & Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin speaking asociates)
- Able to communicate well with Mandarin-Speaking Biz associates & colleagues
- Able to multi-task and take on additional job scope as it arises
- Proactive and self-motivated, detail orientated, good organizing and planning skills
- Pleasant personality and can handle confidentiality
- Working Period : Mid/Third Week April 2013 to 1st week of August 2013
- Singaporean / Singapore Permanent Residents only
- Work location: The Central, Clark Quay MRT
- 5 days work week
