Responsibilities:
- Updates staff records into Excel Spread sheet.
- Assists in administrative duties, filing, etc.
- Other ad hoc assignments.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a GCE 'O' or 'A' level/Diploma.
- School leavers are welcome to apply.
- Good organizing ability with minimum supervision required.
- Meticulous & detailed orientated.
- Good working knowledge of MS Office
- Only Singaporeans and PRs need apply
- Able to start at short notice
Other Information:
- 5 days’ work week (Mon to Fri, 8.30am to 5.30 pm)
- Working location in Jurong Port Road and Company transport will be provided at Jurong East MRT Station
