20 X Call centre Agents
5 day rotating week / 1 year contract
Location: Central
Job Requirements:
• Min GCE ‘O’ Level and above
• Experience in call centre will be highly advantageous
• Good spoken and written English
Job Responsibilities:
• Attending to inbound calls/ handle all enquiries and complaints
• Manage to handle stressful working enviroment by answering customers' enquiries
• Record all the communication into system
