4 Event Helpers/ Receptionist for APPEC

Dates: 11 – 14 Oct 2010
Venue: Raffles City Convention Centre (Swissotel the Stamford).
Job Scope: Front counter work, duties in the conference ballroom and helping out in the Secretariat.
Timing:
11 Oct from 1.00pm – 6.00pm (5hrs)
Dress Code for 11 Oct: Jeans and plain collar/polo t-shirt
12 Oct from 9.00am – 8.30pm (11.5hrs)
13 Oct from 8.00am – 6.00pm (10hrs)
14 Oct from 8.30am – 1.00pm (4.5hrs)
Dress Code for 12 to 14 Oct: Gentlemen – Long sleeve with pants and Black or dark coloured jackets/suits. Ladies- Blouse with skirts/pants and Black or dark coloured jackets/suits.
Salary: $6.50/hr
