Responsibilities:
1. Attend to phone and email enquiries
2. Provide administrative support for student enrolment and daily operation
3. Coordinate and plan for training classes and events
4. Assist in marketing and promotional initiatives
Requirements:
1. Excellent phone mannerism and enthusiasm in customer service
2. Must have a Positive Attitude, Polite, Cheerful & Pleasant disposition
3. Must be Mature, Committed and has lots of initiatives.
4. PC literate, Familiar with MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint
5. Bilingual in English & Mandarin
6. GCE 'N' / 'O' Levels / ITE / Diploma with relevant experience preferred.
7. Singaporean / Singapore PR only
This is a permanent full-time position.
