MIS Assistant

Main Responsibilities
• Manage helpdesk
• Manage user accounts
• Manage backup tapes/drives
• Manage system/notebook
• Manage software medias
• Manage cabling infrastructures/patch panels
• Manage MIS related documentations
• Provide consultation and assistance to testing teams
• Perform system hardware troubleshooting
• Perform 1st level servers/routers/switches maintenance

Requirements
• Diploma holder, preferably in IT related fields
• At least 1 year relevant experience preferably working in MNCs environment
• Able to work and standby beyond working hours
• Ability to accurately diagnose and correct problems quickly and to verify resolution.
• Ability to multi-task
• Fast learner, accurate in figures, keenness to be trained and good team member
• Able to work under pressure in a fast pace environment and meet tight timeline
• Able to start work immediately will be an added advantage
