Part Time Accounts

We are seeking for suitable candidate for a position of Part-Time Accounts cum Training Assistant.

You must be able to commit at least 3 months or more.

$8.50/hr, 6 working hours, 4 days per week, any day within Mon-Fri.

Scope:
1) Assist in accounting procedures, AR portion (liaise with debtors, fixed asset, minor data entry;
2) Assist in HR issue – maintaining integrity of the employees, monitoring reporting time, and updating of MC/leave schedule;
3) Assist in training department (minor);
4) Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisor

Requirement:
1) At least GCE ‘O’ Level, ITE office cert holder
2) Basic computer knowledge. ie: MSWord, Excel.
3) Enjoys working with people
4) Able to take pressure, and conform to tight deadlines
5) Speaks and understands Mandarin
6) Cheerful, meticulous, with positive attitude
7) Willing to learn, attitude counts a lot nowadays!

We’re located at central. You’ll need to clock at least 24 hours per week on the job.

Training and guidance will be provided directly by the Accounts Manager. Salary may be re-adjusted for good performance!
