Job Responsibilities:
- Meeting Minutes preparation
- Compose correspondence, compiling and conveying information clearly in a concise written style, often explaining complex ideas.
- Manage and co-ordinate all random / ad-hoc administrative requests, including a limited level of personal work – all with the utmost efficiency and discretion.
Requirement:
- Minimum 'O'-Level. Diploma/Degree holders are preferred.
- Good phone etiquette,
- Good Organisation Skills
