Responsibilities:
- Process the monthly payroll and ensure the timely and accurate payout to all employees.
- Prepare monthly Bank Listing, Cash/Cheque Listing and Payroll Reports for Management.
- Prepare timely statutory submissions to CPF Board.
- Prepare all documents required by Accounts for charging to the respective Bu’s depts.
- Tax clearance matters for staff who are non-Singapore citizens/non-SPR (IR21)·
- Yearly generation and submission of IR8A on line (auto inclusion)·
- Administration of Staff Loan.
- Submit NS Claims on line.
- Full spectrum of Payroll for headcounts.
- Set up and maintain Payroll filing and records retention system.
- Coordinate with other Departments in relation to Payroll Issue.
Requirements:
- You should have at least a Diploma in Human Resource Management with 2 –3 years of
relevant working experience preferably in the Construction industry.
- Experience in regional and local taxation regulations and knowledge of Timesoft application will
be an added advantage.
- Experience in handling payroll.
- To be successful in this role, you should be meticulous and comfortable working with big
numbers.
- Must well versed in Microsoft excel and Microsoft word.
- Those able to start immediately.
