Overview
Hi, need a VA based in Singapore whom I can outsource personal services to. Work such as booking tickets, finding local restaurants, finding location info eg closing time of a store, consolidating movie information local, finding out local events, run errands, keep an eye on the local happenings eg.

VA Qualities
VA has to have a keen interest in local media, keeping abreast of latest developments in media and general news updates in Singapore. VA has to be internet savvy, know of online services provided in Singapore. VA has know the local map very well, as well as driving directions or have the means to find out.

Work Requirements

VA has to be online on msn or aol 24/7 thru a mobile app or be receiving emails on push thru a mobile app. We are always to communicate via voice and/or the msn/aol account. VA has to be on standby from 6am to 12 midnight and be able to operate on tasks between these timings should I assign. You can be a company or an individual.

With regards to questions, I prefer if you arrange for a call within 3 hours of
receiving tasks if you have a whole load of questions to ask. If its just one or two
questions for clarifications, please look for me online. Please do
not email me questions as this will hold up the work progress as you will not get
instant response from me.

My way of delegating task is to give u as much background info as the job needs,
all the necessary contact info, give u time frame it should complete in, hours
u should spend on it, it really depends, im quite flex with hours spent on a
project just as long as output justifies your work.

What to put in your Proposal
In your proposal, please respond whether you will be able to fulfill each of the requirements as mentioned above.

Please respond with your nationality, years living in Singapore, any past experience as PA/VA for what organisation or what persons, your local phone number, skype and email contact. Please give your lowest possible rate per hour. It will be taken into account when choosing a hire. If contacted, you will go thru a trial run.
