IT Support Executive

We are inviting suitably qualified candidates for the following position:
IT SUPPORT EXECUTIVE

Responsibilities will include:

* Provide first level support to all end users for computer hardware/software and application systems issues including server operation
* Provide advice and assistance to users on the use of functional features of software and hardware peripherals
* Incident resolution and problem management. Investigate and resolve problems in a timely and customer oriented manner
* Perform administrative support, asset management and routine IT housekeeping services
* Perform installation support in POS systems

Requirements will include:

* NITEC & Diploma (Information Technology) above
* Good knowledge of Windows Operating systems, MS products
* Relevant hands-on experience on PC support will be preferred
* To perform first level diagnose and resolve problems related to computer hardware/software and application systems.
* Knowledge of Networking administration
* Bilingual (English/Chinese) preferred
* Singaporean / PR / Malaysian
