• Provide general administrative support to the departments
• Managing of incoming and outgoing mails
• Filing and archiving of documents
• Data entry
• Ad-hoc duties assigned by management.
Qualifications: GCE 'O' Levels/ 'A' Levels/ Diploma/ NITEC (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
Working Hours: Office hours (Mon – Fri)
Location: Island wide
Contract: 3 – 6 months
Possess good communication skills
Proficient with MS office applications
